Do you take Custom Commissions?

Yes, You can have Jack Storms create the sculpture of your dreams. Contact us today to begin the process.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I place my order online?

Yes this website allows you to shop, order & purchase a sculpture directly from the glass artist Jack Storms.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! Find the sculpture you would like to purchase and on it's page you will see an option to pay using ShopPay and have as low as 0% interest based on approval.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We include free shipping but do not cover customs fees & taxes.

Will my Sculpture arrive safely?

Yes! Every sculpture is vacuum molded in an encasement that intended to be kept for any future need to move, store or otherwise protect the sculpture. To date not a single sculpture has been damaged using our exclusive shipping and packing process.
