All Sales are Final

Given the handmade and custom nature of Jack Storms artwork, once the payment has been made that is the start of a contract for Jack Storms to commence the work.  Returns are not accepted, but you can always exchange your piece for another one if you are unhappy.

All Sculptures are 'Made To Order'

Jack Storms prides himself on pouring love into every single glass sculpture he creates. As a result of the level of attention to detail that he puts into his work most sculptures take anywhere from 4-6 months with some more complex sculptures take 6-24 months, which is quoted at the initial time of a Special Commission or Purchase.

Damages and issues
In the highly unlikely event of damage due to the way we ship sculptures out; Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the exchange piece will be made.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
